Pamukkale

Pamukkale is a 383 × 280 × 15 mm lily-blossom marquetry parquet pattern in brushed walnut, rosewood-accented walnut or brushed natural oak.

Pamukkale pattern details

Pamukkale is available in 3 colour variants. Pattern development, wood selection, precision cutting and surface finishing are carried out in our Istanbul workshop.

Available panel dimensions: 280 × 383 × 15 mm

A lily-blossom motif shaped as a repeating wood composition

Pamukkale develops a lily-blossom form through precisely cut pieces of wood. The 383 × 280 mm panel gives the petals enough definition to remain recognisable, while the repeat connects them into a continuous parquet field. Its total thickness is 15 mm. The composition is botanical, but the repeated intersections also give it the order expected from an architectural floor pattern.

For buyers comparing floral parquet flooring, the method is important. Pamukkale is not a flower printed onto a board and it is not assembled from standard rectangular strips at the installation stage. The petal geometry belongs to the marquetry panel itself, so panel placement and the treatment of boundaries need to be considered from the floor plan.

Three material approaches to the same flower pattern

Brushed Walnut creates a deep, tactile interpretation with visible grain movement. Walnut with Rosewood Accent uses a second timber tone to distinguish selected parts of the blossom and increase internal contrast. Brushed Natural Oak gives the pattern a lighter foundation and lets texture, rather than a dark palette, define the individual segments.

The accented version is useful when the flower should be read immediately; the single-species treatments produce a more unified field. Selection should account for adjacent timber species and the scale of the room. Repetition across a full floor can feel more pronounced than a single panel viewed in isolation.

Setting out a Pamukkale floor before quotation

Provide a dimensioned plan, the selected Pamukkale treatment and the location of doors, columns, thresholds and any proposed border. These inputs help establish the repeat, the visible centre and the edge cuts as one composition. Project-specific dimensions, pattern requirements and wood combinations can be evaluated when defining the production and quotation scope.
