Privacy Policy

Visit measurement: the address and language of the page you view, how long you spend on it, where you arrived from (referring site or search engine), the device class your browser reports (mobile, tablet, desktop), your country and your IP address.

The IP address is kept so we can tell which company a business visitor comes from; most of our counterparts connect from corporate networks. We build no individual visitor profiles, and the IP address is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Form enquiries: the name, email, phone, company name, country, city, website and message you enter in the quote and dealer application forms. You decide which fields to fill in — only name and email are required.

Measurement data is processed under legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): to see which market is interested in which pattern, to improve the site accordingly, and to detect abuse. You may object to this processing at any time.

Form data is processed to answer your enquiry and to conduct pre-contractual discussions (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). As a company established in Türkiye, we are also subject to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

IP addresses are deleted 12 months after they are recorded. The remainder of the measurement record (page, language, country, duration) is kept without the IP address for statistical purposes; in that form it cannot be linked to anyone.

Form enquiries are kept for 3 years after our last correspondence with you. If a commercial relationship begins, the applicable commercial and tax retention periods apply instead.

This site sets no cookies at all. No advertising network or social media pixel is embedded. To count page views we use our hosting provider’s cookieless measurement tool (Vercel Web Analytics); it likewise writes nothing to your device and does not track you across sites.

Measurement works with a temporary session identifier that disappears when you close the browser tab; nothing persistent is written to your device and you are not tracked across sites.

One exception: when you dismiss the language suggestion bar, that preference is stored in your browser’s local storage so the bar does not reappear. It is never sent to us, stays on your device, and can be removed by clearing your browser data.

The database is hosted inside the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). The infrastructure company providing the web server may also process data outside the European Union; that transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Vercel Web Analytics is used to count page views. It collects the page visited, the country, the device and browser type and the referring address; it uses no cookies and builds no individual visitor profiles.

Providers process the data only on our behalf and on our instructions. Your data is never sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive a portable copy of it.

Sending an email to the address below is enough; we answer within 30 days at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
