Bergama

Bergama is an elongated leaf-pattern marquetry parquet panel measuring 600 × 195 × 15 mm, with four brushed, smoked and metallic oak treatments.

Bergama pattern details

Bergama is available in 4 colour variants. Pattern development, wood selection, precision cutting and surface finishing are carried out in our Istanbul workshop.

Available panel dimensions: 195 × 600 × 15 mm

An elongated botanical pattern with a directional flow

Bergama arranges a long leaf motif within a 600 × 195 mm marquetry parquet panel. Its proportions give the repeat a clear direction without turning it into a conventional strip floor. As adjoining panels connect, the leaves create a flowing sequence that can visually extend the main axis of a room. The total panel thickness is 15 mm.

The design sits between botanical and geometric parquet: the leaf is recognisable, yet its repeated angles form an ordered architectural rhythm. Each element is cut as part of the marquetry composition and assembled into the panel. Bergama is therefore different from a surface print or a standard plank floor marketed under a decorative colour name.

Reading the pattern through four oak treatments

Grey Brushed Oak gives the long leaves a cooler tone and makes the grain texture visible. Natural Brushed Oak retains a lighter timber character while still emphasising the direction of the fibres. Smoked Oak deepens the field and creates a warmer, more pronounced repeat. Metallic Oak produces the strongest contrast and can make the sequence read more graphically across the room.

Because all four variants use oak treatments, the decision centres on tone, texture and contrast rather than a change of species. Compare the finish with doors, cabinetry and wall materials, and consider whether the floor should lengthen the space quietly or become a dominant visual layer.

Planning Bergama’s direction and perimeter conditions

A quotation request should include a dimensioned floor plan, the preferred treatment and the intended direction of the long repeat. Mark thresholds, changes of material and any border requirement so the central field and perimeter can be assessed together. Project-specific dimensions, patterns and wood combinations can then be evaluated before the production scope is defined.
